Kenneth Coyle

Mr. Kenneth O. Coyle, 87 of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away Friday, December 1, 2017 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was born in Bath County, Kentucky on August 21, 1930 to the late Otto and Electa Pierce Coyle.

Mr. Coyle was a graduate of Owingsville High School. He was a Farmer, Carpenter, Electrician and Jack of all trades.

He was a longtime member of the Sugar Grove Christian Church where he was a Deacon for many years. Mr. Coyle enjoyed wood working, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family, especially his grandson.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death a brother Dwain Coyle.

Survivors include his wife Carolyn Highley Coyle, one son, Randy 'RC' Coyle of Owingsville and Grandson Will (Tori) Coyle of Frankfort. Brothers-in-law, Alfred 'Tater' (Judy) Highley of Owingsville and Mike (Kathy) Highley of Owingsville.

Also, several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 4, 2017 at the Sugar Grove Christian Church with Pastor Francis Nash officiating.

Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.

Visitation at the Sugar Grove Christian Church is after 11:00 A.M. Monday.

Contributions are suggested to the Sugar Grove Christian Church Benevolent Fund.

Pallbearers will be Bo McGuire, Richard Willoughby, Charlie Willoughby, Brian Carter, Alton Stull Jr., G.D. Coyle, Kenny Garrett and Tim Lyons.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike McGuire, Mike Gabbard, Bobby Jones, Alfred 'Tater' Highley, Mike Highley, George Purvis, Terry Sorrell, and Woody Stull.

The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is caring for all arrangements for Mr. Kenneth O. Coyle.
