Billie Barber

Billie Joyce Barber, 62 of Owingsville, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky.

She was born in Montgomery County, Kentucky on September 14, 1956 to the late William Conkright and Anna Downs Clark.

Mrs. Barber was a retired business owner and homemaker.  She was a member of the Owingsville First Church of God. She enjoyed reading, cooking and spending time with her family.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Barber.

Survivors include one son, Robin (Rhesa) Barber, one granddaughter Kaitlyn Barber and one grandson Landon Barber.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Saturday in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Lowell Rice & Rev. Vernon Gross officiating.

Burial will follow in the Slate Valley Cemetery.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is from 9 A.M. - 10 A.M. Saturday.

Pall bearers will include Friends and Family.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that everyone make a contribution to their own church or a church of their choice.
