Mrs. Charlene Ruth Mullins, 65, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, drifted off to heaven to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on January 19, 1953 in Belleville, Illinois, to late Charles Joseph Vogler and Wilma Ruth Hoffmann Vogler.
As a child she attended the Holy Angel Catholic School and was of the Catholic faith.
Mrs. Mullins was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She loved her children, husband and grandkids more than anything in this world and had a heart as big as the sky and family was most important in her life. She was an employee of Cracker Barrel where she always had the biggest smile and a contagious laugh. Her family knows that heaven gained another Angel.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Harold Allison, Freddy Allison, Pat Dauffett, Henry Vogler and Darlene Vogler.
Survivors include her husband James "Jimbo" Mullins, one daughter Wilma Prince (James), one son James "J.J" Mullins (Stacy), six grandchildren, James Nicholas Mullins, Curtis Wayne Mullins, Michael Joseph Mullins, Dalton Eric Poore, Logan Wallace Poore and Dakota Prince. Fourteen siblings, Alice Tatum (Charles Morrow), Margaret Lemanski, Wilma Pena, Dorothy Kite, Peggy Rader, Julie Vogler. Tina Morehead, Mike Rader, Charles Vogler, Theresa Hooker, Tommy Vogler, John Vogler, Bernadette McBride and Wanda Merrifield. Survivors also include a host of nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation or services.
