Hansford "Hank" Hawkins

Mr. Hansford S. (“Hank”) Hawkins, 80, of Florida formerly of Bath County, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in Winter Springs, Florida.

He was born on October 17, 1937, to the late Henry Otis Hawkins and Maranda Routt Hawkins.

Hank was a retired technician having worked at Kennedy Space Center for 42 years.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Franklin Hawkins and two sisters, Anna Seaman and Helen Bauchert.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Karen Hawkins of Hillsboro, Ohio, a brother-in-law, Don Seaman of College Station, Texas and nieces and nephews, Kevin Hawkins of Hillsboro, Ohio, Lynn Bauchert of Florida, Roy Seaman of Texas, Linda Scroggs of Texas and Cheryl Bauchert of Florida.

Graveside services and burial will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the Longview Cemetery at Bethel with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is after 10:00 A.M. Saturday.
