Penny Evans

Mrs. Penny Lou Brewer Evans, 54 of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away Friday, April 5, 2019 at the Appalachian Regional Hospital in West Liberty, Kentucky after a brief illness.

She was born in Xenia, Ohio on June 17, 1964, to James Brewer and the late Catherine Combs Evans.

Besides her mother she was preceded in death by her step father, Gale Evans, two brothers Doug Evans and Kenneth Brewer.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Evans, her father, James Brewer of Owingsville, two children, Richard Ray Evans & Jeannie Nicole Evans all of Fostoria, Ohio, four brothers, Vondal Brewer of Wellington, Jimmy Brewer of Franklin, Ohio, Darren Evans of Middletown, Ohio and  Lee Evans of Owingsville, two sisters, Karen Sue Brewer of Owingsville and Joann Chartrand of Middletown, Ohio.  Survivors also include eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 9, 2019 in the Chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Bro. Greg Ferrell officiating.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville will be from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Tuesday.

Cremation services will follow.

The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is handling all the arrangements for Mrs. Penny Lou Brewer Evans.
