Suzanne Tolson

Mrs. Suzanne Tolson, 62, of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at the St. Joseph hospital in Lexington.

She was born on January 8, 1957 in Mt. Sterling to the late Shirley Conkright & Ivy B. Sorrell Conkright and was raised by the late Thomas Sorrell & Hazel Reffitt Sorrell.

Suzanne was an avid U.K. basketball fan who loved to read and enjoyed watching John Wayne westerns. She was of the Christian faith and worked as caregiver for many years.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Darwin "Donnie" Tolson, two brothers, Marvin Conkright and Danny Conkright.

Survivors include her stepchildren, Robbie Tolson of Mt. Sterling and Marium Tolson of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Ashley Farmer of Winchester and Patricia Anderson of Brownsville, Pennsylvania, two brothers, Ronnie Conkright of Mt. Sterling, Tommy Conkright of Jeffersonville, Kentucky, a special nephew Dylan McAnally and a special niece Jennifer Hendrix. Survivors also include several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Tuesday in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Bro. Timmy Conkright officiating.

Burial will follow in the Machpelah Cemetery in Mt. Sterling.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville if from 6 - 8 P.M. Monday.
