Bailey Matthews

Bailey was a Bath County native, she was a student at Bath County Middle School and member of the Owingsville Baptist Church.
Bailey is survived by her parents, Brian and Shanna Matthews of Owingsville; one brother, Devin Matthews of Owingsville; paternal grandparents, Charlie and Pam Matthews of Owingsville; maternal grandparents, Kathy and Rick Rogers of Owingsville; three great grandmothers, Virginia Harris of Owingsville, Vada Goodpaster of Owingsville and Roberta Salyers of West Virginia; two uncles, Michael (LaCaren) Matthews of Mt. Sterling and Justin Clark of Winchester.
Bailey was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Tucker Clark and Jimmy Otis; one sister, MIchaela Matthews and one brother, Kade Matthews.
