Betty was a Bath County native. Betty was a member of the Oakley Church of God.
Betty is survived by five daughters, Joyce Anderson, Carolyn Anderson Purvis, Belinda Tingle, Bethany Nece Anderson, Tammy Anderson; two granddaughters, Lisa Collins, Christy Shaw; two grandsons, Dale Anderson, Jason Anderson; three great grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband N C "Hoop" Anderson, one daughter Lou Eldrith Anderson and her parents, Henry Reed and Ossie Gray.
