Brenda Lee Milligan

Brenda Lee Roberts Milligan, 64, of Preston, Kentucky passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025 at her home. She was born in Anderson, Indiana to the late Stephen D. Roberts and Betty Jean Richards Sheldon.

Brenda was an artistic soul who found joy in creating and crafting, always adding her unique touch and creativity into everything she made. She had a natural talent for turning simple ideas into something beautiful and meaningful. Outside of her love for art, Brenda’s heart was full when she was surrounded by her dogs, who are not just pets but cherished companions. Above all, she deeply loved her family, finding strength and love in the bond they shared.

Survivors include her husband, Charles W. Milligan, her daughters, Britney McCoy of Nashville, Tennessee, Ashley McCoy Stewart (Courtney) of Anderson, Indiana, Cynthia Haight of Georgetown, Kentucky, Angela Milligan and Tabetha Milligan both of Anderson, Indiana, Stepmother, Karen K. Roberts, three grandchildren, Kaleb, Arionna and Alyssa Haight, her sister, Dee Johns of Owingsville, nephew, Stephen Dee Cody Johns of Anderson, Indiana and great niece, Autumn DeeAnn Johns and a host of cousins. 

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 Sunday, September 7, 2025 at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating. 

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville will be from 12 noon - 2:00 PM.
