Mrs. Deborah Kay "Debbie" Blevins Batterson, 56, of Pleasant Plain, Ohio passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
She was born on April 3, 1960 in Hamilton, Ohio, a daughter of Theda Elkins Colson and the late Fred Gerald Blevins, Sr.
Debbie was a beloved wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, cherished daughter and dear sister.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, David Arthur Batterson, children, Philip (Michelle) Batterson and John (Sarah) Batterson, grandchildren, Christopher Batterson, Serenity Batterson, Cole Batterson and Eva Batterson, her mother, Theda Elkins Colson, brother, Fred Blevins Jr., step-father, Joe Colson, step-mother, Pauline Blevins and many dear friends and co-workers at General Electric.
Graveside services and burial will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Downs Cemetery in Olympia with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating.
There is no visitation.
Pallbearers will be Philip Batterson, Michelle Batterson, John Batterson, Sarah Batterson, Christopher Batterson and Pat Elkins.
