Edwin Reid

Edwin Lee Reid, 66, of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 11, 2024, at his home.  He was born in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky on October 9, 1957, to the late Edwin Reid and Lucille Stephens Reid. 

Eddie was a quiet soft-spoken person who kept to himself most of the time.  He retired as a custodian, working at both Bath and Montgomery County Schools.  He enjoyed being outdoors, collecting guns and taking care of his pets.  

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Irene Reid.

Survivors include several cousins and friends who will miss him dearly. 

A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 PM Wednesday, March 20, 2023, in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating. 

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville is from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Wednesday.
