Frank was a member of the Bath Lodge 55. He is survived by two sisters, Mitzi (Gerald) Shults of Cincinnati, Ohio and Ethel Jean Tedrick of Amelia, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by one brother, Edwin McCarty Sr.; two sisters, Lillian McCarty and Marsha Florea and his parents, Walden McCarty and Dorothy Blevins.
