Hanley Scott Warren, 82, of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023 at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born February 25, 1941, in Bath County, Kentucky to the late Estill Warren, and Mina Alice Hunt Warren.
Hanley enjoyed fishing, hunting, and going to auctions. He retired from General Motors after 38 and a half years as a tow motor driver.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one infant brother, and two sisters, Lula Powell, and Anna Razor.
Survivors include his wife Kay Williams Warren, one son, Howard Estill Warren of Marion, Indiana, one brother, Thomas Warren, of Owingsville, one sister Ruby Vice, of Lexington, Kentucky, four grandchildren Brandy Revennaugtt of Boynton Beach, Florida (whom he raised), Skyler, Conner, and Hannah Warren, seven great grandchildren, Zoe, Sydney, Maddoy, Nora, Bryce, Lula, and Ryder.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 18, 2023, in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating.
Burial will follow in the Polksville Cemetery in Polksville, Kentucky.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville will be from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday, April 17, 2023.
Pallbearers include Robin Warren, Hunter Sandy, Bryson Price, Phil Copher, Paul Sexton, and Tim Kemplin.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Owingsville First Church of God.
