Mr. James Earl (Jimmy) White Jr. Age 55 of Sharpsburg, Kentucky passed away Sunday morning, December 17, 2017 at his home after an extended illness.
He was born on April 12, 1962 in Elkhart, Indiana to the late James and Henrietta Tubbs White.
James was a graduate of the Bath County High School, Class of 1980. He was a self-employed carpenter who loved to golf, fish and was an avid hunter.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by an infant son James Andrew White.
Survivors include his wife Patricia Fox White, three daughters, Nora Pergrem of Sharpsburg; Amanda Henderson of Winchester; and Leslie Moore of Dallas Texas; one son, James Pergrem of Sharpsburg; seven grandchildren, Jayden, Cameron, Summer, Raina, Jayla, Sarah Kay and Emmitt. One brother, Anthony White (Melissa) of Millersburg, Kentucky; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Rev. Lowell Rice officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hedricks Cemetery.
Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral home in Owingsville is after 6 P.M. Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be King Metcalfe, Tanya Tubbs, Jake Carter, Billy Holder, Jared Castle, and Chuck Jones.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Jones, Jeff Hollan, Timothy White, Steven Henderson, Rusty Price, Noah Dixon, Tommy Cannon, and Michael Spencer.
