Jason David Murray, 53, of Frenchburg, KY, passed away on September 25, 2023. 
 
Jason was born on April, 3, 1970 to Donald and C. Dorine Murray in Flint, MI. After Jason graduated from Swartz Creek High School in 1988, he went on to earn his Journeyman’s license and graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science Industrial Technology – Machinist Honors from Mott Community College. 
 
After graduating, he started his first job at Winom Tool & Die Inc. as a journeyman, kickstarting a 35+ year career in tool and die.   His continual interest in die design and technology inspired him to have his own company, JDM Designs, which continues to have operating dies today.  Jason’s expertise in his craft and dedication to his job earned him the high achievement of a management role at Advanced Vehicle Assembly Inc. that involved visiting company and vendor facilities across the world. 
 
In 2015, Jason met Tina in Mt. Sterling, KY, through a mutual acquaintance. Jason and Tina wed in 2017 enjoying a life together with Tina’s daughter, Jada, while Tina’s son, Alex, began a military career in the Marines. 
 
As a fan of music, Jason enjoyed concerts and often told the story of meeting Kid Rock in person in Michigan. Jason’s comedic and entertaining nature was experienced by many even while his health declined. 
 
Jason was predeceased by his father, Donald Rex Murray.  He is survived by his wife Tina Rogers Murray, stepdaughter Jada (Amia), stepson Alex (Riley), mother Clarice Dorine Murray, sister Jodi Lynn-Murray Cicci (Mark), nephew Tyler Cicci, and dog Key-ki.
