Mrs. Mary Lou Wright Warren, 85 of Forge Hill Road, Owingsville, Kentucky passed away Sunday morning, December 10, 2017 in the Windsor Care Center in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky after an extended illness.
She was born in Salt Lick, Kentucky on February 19, 1932 to the late Virgil and Georgia Warner Wright.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Donald Ray Wright and Jim Wright and a sister Helen Warren.
Mrs. Warren was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed music, playing guitar, crossword puzzles, playing card games and family get-togethers.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas E. Warren, one son, Tom S. Warren and his wife Brenda and one daughter, Stephanie Warren-Sandy all of Owingsville.
One brother Morgan Wright of Salt Lick, Kentucky, Two grandchildren, Kandis Butcher of Owingsville and Hunter Sandy of Winchester, Kentucky. One great-grandchild Kayla Baker.
Also, several nieces nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville with Pastor Randall Jackson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Old Virginia Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017 at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville.
Pallbearers will be Mike Ray, Brad Wright, Dalyon Wright, Hunter Sandy, David Huff and Tim Kemplin.
Honorary pallbearer will be James Warren.
