Roscoe Wayne Neal

Roscoe Wayne Neal, 67, passed away on May 2, 2024. He was born on January 16, 1957, in Mt Sterling, KY, to his parents, the late Rosco Neal and Christine (Hall) Neal Becraft.

Throughout his life, Wayne dedicated his time and efforts to Link Belt. His commitment and hard work left a lasting impact on all those he worked with.

Outside of his professional career, he pursued various hobbies and interests including watching John Wayne movies, building car models, riding motorcycles, hunting, and exploring Pigeon Forge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Willa Dean Neal, one nephew Shannon Daugherty, as well as two brothers-in-law, Frank Gorrell Jr. and Walter Daugherty. 

Wayne is survived by his wife Judy Gorrell Neal, two sisters Rhodema Daugherty and Debbie Neal, two nephews Rickey Burkett (Melinda) and Kelly Daugherty, one niece Melody Stamper (Robert), mother-in-law Juanita Gorrell, and three brothers-in-law: Mike Gorrell (Linda), Merrell Gorrell (Mary), and Rickey Gorrell (Sandra). Wayne will be deeply missed by his surviving family members and friends. 

Roscoe Wayne Neal will always be remembered for his kind heart, dedication to his work, and love for his family. He leaves behind cherished memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Per Wayne's request, there will be no services.
