Sharlet Fultz

Mr. Sharlet Lee Fultz, 82, of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family.

He was born in Menifee County, Kentucky September 21, 1939 to the late Willie Fultz and Frona Walton Fultz.

Sharlet was a kind soft spoken person who lived for his faith.  He was a member of the Salt Lick First Church of God.  He was a lifelong farmer and enjoyed working in his garden growing tomatoes and onions and going to the stock yards.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers; Daniel Fultz and Herndon Fultz, two sisters; Wanda Spurlock and Virginia Hawkins.

Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Wanda Fultz, one daughter, Janet Lee Everman (Jimmie) of Owingsville and one son, Michael Keith Fultz (Mindy) of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, two brothers; Henry Fultz (Olive) of Flemingsburg and Roy Fultz (Lena) of Owingsville, one sister, Brenda Pollit (Danny) of Flemingsburg, five grandchildren; John David Everman, Chris Lee Everman (Carla), Michelle Lee Gray (Jason), Heather Dawn Gilbert (Dillon) and Katlyn Fultz and nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday, November 5, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home at 89 Slate Ave. Owingsville, Kentucky 40360 with Brothers Rob Rice and Randy Hawkins officiating.

Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Owingsville will be from 6 - 8 PM Thursday.

Pallbearers include; Chris Everman, Tim Thompson, Dillon Gilbert, Jason Gray, Randy Crouch, David Caudill, Earl Kidd and Jamie Hawkins.

Honorary pallbearers; John David Everman, Jordan Everman, Raiden Everman, Harper Everman, Kenley Gray, Charlotte Gray, Gavon Michael Gilbert, Dennis Swartz and Kevin Howard.
