Israel Jacobs

Israel Paul Jacobs, 47, of Owingsville passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 after injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born on July 18, 1975 in Canton, Ohio. The son of Patty Morrison and the late Jerry Dean Jacobs.

Israel was a jack of all trades and you would often see him walking through town from job to job wearing his signature leather jacket.  He was the local locksmith who also worked as the facility coordinator at the library and was also a school bus driver for the Bath County school system.  He enjoyed playing frisbee golf and taking long walks.

Including his mother he is survived by his daughter, Charm Pandora Jacobs along with other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the Jackson Cemetery in Owingsville with Pastors, James Laiben and Daniel Burch officiating.

There is no visitation.

Pallbearers are Craig Gingrich, Malcom Eversole, Sammy Knell, Michael Richter, Kenny Crouch and Bobby Hardin.
