Lou Eva Bailey, 83, of Owingsville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Clark County Regional Medical Center after a short illness.

She was born March 6, 1939 in Pebble, Kentucky, to the late Robert Lee Williams and Ioma Blanche Hunt Williams.

She was employed by Always In Season Florist in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.  She attended Camargo Church of God, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and she enjoyed her family and friends and her work as a floral designer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Arnold Bailey, two brothers, Eugene Williams and Cecil Williams and one sister, Wanyeca (“Polly”) Shields.

Survivors include: two daughters, Cindy Barber (Perry) and Patty Ferrell (Dave) both of Owingsville, granddaughter, Kristin Brown (Derek) of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, great-grandchildren, Peyton Brown and Micah Brown, step-grandsons, Travis Ferrell (Stephanie) of Carlisle, Kentucky and Kyle Ferrell of Frenchburg, Kentucky, step-great-grandchildren, Madison Ferrell, Ben Ferrell, Skylan Ferrell, Rynlee Ferrell and Arlo Ferrell, sister-in-law, Juanita Gorrell of Owingsville, brother-in-law, Addison Bailey of Oakla, Kentucky, Always in Season family and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 20, 2022 at the Owingsville First Church of God in Owingsville, Kentucky with Rev. Don Evans and Rev. Aaron Conn officiating.

Burial will follow in the Longview Cemetery at Bethel.

Visitation at the Owingsville First Church of God will be Thursday from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Pallbearers will be Mike Gorrell, Merrell Gorrell, Bill Lucas, Jason Highley, Phillip Highley and Dean Williams.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jon Brown, David Corbin, Tyler Gray, Lynn “Blackey” Harmon, Randy Harmon, Jordan Henderson, Gary Morton, Ricky Gorrell, Steve Agee, Wayne Neal and Jeff Humphries.
